He is truly an expert technician with the experience to oversee all the operations, manage the staff and handle administrative tasks. The warehouse manager responsible for new garage door estimates, ordering and inventory. He is often the voice of experience in the office answering questions and providing knowledgeble guidance. With 6+ years of experience in the field many of our customers remember him and his impressive beard.
James
The hiring manager and lead technician that supervises the quality control and holds our team accountable for excellence in the field. His experience has made him an expert at all things garage doors and gates with special knowledge in storm/wind damaged doors.
Chris
A service technician that has years of experience in the garage door industry. He is very knowledgeable about residential door service but also has specialized training in commercial roll up doors and automatic RV gates and gate openers.
Greg
A service technician that excels at repairs, estimates and door installs. He is thorough and efficient with high standards for excellence. He has a genuine kind demeanor with an attention for detail. Many customers have said he is a favorite to work with.
Jake
A service technician with years of experience in installs, repairs and sales. Replacing broken springs and installing new operators are a favorite part of his job. His kind, knowledgeable manner and attention to detail is often mentioned in customer reviews.
Rebekah
The friendly face behind all the business accounting tasks including banking, employee payroll, purchase orders and accounts payable to vendors or suppliers. After hours she is often answering phones and scheduling urgent service calls.

One of the friendly voices in the dispatch office that many customers recognize while scheduling a service call. She is an important part of the office, dependable, efficient and very knowledgeable. FUN FACT: She is also the original receptionist from the early days of our company.
